I was invited to help kick-start the website redesign.
We started by analysing the overall business and the Zoom Charts portfolio. We identified the main business goals and the website’s role in fulfilling them.
Then I facilitated a half-day working to map top user journeys that have involved the website so far. During the workshop, we identified several pain points on the website.
We then created a sitemap addressing previously identified pain points.
Based on the new sitemap, we created wireframes that envisioned the layout on the user’s side. The goal was to highlight the value proposition and simplify the portfolio under one umbrella.
The layouts inspired the redesign of the new website.
